Location
The airport is located on road no.1, which is 12 miles south of Tel Aviv and 31 miles west of Jerusalem city.
Ben Gurion Airport Terminal Information
The airport has three terminals 1, 2 and 3, which are inter-linked by shuttle bus service from outside gates 3 and 7.
Tel Aviv Airport Information Desk
The airport information desks are located in the main hall and the departure hall of the two terminals (Ph: +972 397 100 00). The tourist information desk is operated by Israeli Government is located in the arrivals hall (Ph: +972 397 114 85) and automated service in English (0)3 972 3344). Traveling to and from Tel Aviv Airport
By Rail : direct train service is not available at the airport, so bus no. 222 transfers passengers from the airport to the central railway station in Tel Aviv. From the central railway station the trains operate to destinations in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
By Bus : the bus stop at the airport is located in the Central Piazza of the airport and opposite car park 1. The bus nos.423, 945 and 947 operate to Jerusalem and Haifa with departing frequency of every half an hour (Ph: (0)3 694 8888).

Currency Exchanger & ATMs : bureau de change, cash dispenser machines and several banks are located in the terminals.
Food & Drinks : there are number of cafes, bars and restaurants serving from international to middle eastern cuisines are located at convenient places throughout the terminal.
Shopping : duty free shops are located in the departure areas of terminal 1 and 3 and a shopping mall is located in terminal 3.
Left / Lost Luggage : the left luggage office is situated on the first floor of parking lot(Ph: (0)3 971 2130).
Other Facilities : post office is located in the airport.
Emergency and first aid center is located in the terminals.
Tel Aviv Airport Facilities for Disabled
There are lifts, ramps providing easy access for passengers on wheelchair to different levels in the terminals. Some specially designed facilities like toilets, telephones and fountain drinking water are available in the airport. Wheelchairs and wheelchair push are provided on request at the airport. For any specific assistance at the airport the airlines should be informed in advance.
