The airport is located on the island of Oahu and lies three miles west of downtown Honolulu and seven miles from Waikiki. The airport functions as Civilian and military operations sharing airfield facilities.
Honolulu Airport Terminal Information
The airport has three terminals the International, Interisland and Commuter terminal. The terminals are connected by airport complimentary shuttle bus service operated by Wiki Wiki. The main terminal is called as John Rodgers Terminal, which houses three concourses the Diamond, Central and Ewa. The concourses are connected by open-air walkways.
Information Center

Traveling to and from Honolulu Airport
By Bus : the public buses operate to hotels and various locations in downtown Honolulu, for information contact customer service help line(Ph: (808) 848 4500).
The bus no.19 and 20 operates from airport via; Kalihi Kai, Honolulu, Ala Moana and Waikiki.
Pre-arranged transportation service : tourist may pre-book their transportation at Airport Island shuttles (Ph: (808) 521 2121 or 1 800 624 9554), Oahu Airport Shuttle (Ph: (808) 681 8181) and Four Seasons Holiday (Ph: (808) 926 3109).
Honolulu Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : the bureau de change is located in all the terminals at the Central Lobby, Diamond Head end, Ewa end of Airport, International Arrivals area and International Tour Group. Automatic teller machines are located in the Interisland terminal, Central Concourses gate 14-23 and gate 12-13.
Food & Drinks : the airport includes various American food outlets, cafes, restaurants and bars located at Diamond Head Concourses gate 6-11, Baggage claim G, Gate 12-13, Central Concourses gate 14-23, Ewa Concourses 26-34, Central Lobby and Interisland Terminal.
Shopping : there are many shops selling branded commodities to local made specialties available in the terminals. Duty free shop is located near gate 12-13, at Ewa Concourses gate 26, and in Central Lobby. And small sections of area in the terminals are dedicated for airport shopping.
Left / Lost Luggage : for left facility is operated by the lost and found office located on the ground level at the parking structure opposite the main Overseas terminal. For further information (Ph: (808) 836 6547)
Other Facilities : internet and data port service is located in the Central Lobby.
Post box and postage is available in the Central lobby gate 13 and at the Interisland terminal.
The airport medical center is located on the ground floor next to the Japanese Garden.
Public telephones are located throughout the terminals.
Honolulu Airport Facilities for Disabled
The airport has sufficient facilities for passengers to access the terminals and specially designed telephones, toilets and all transportation services are wheelchair adaptable. Wheelchair and assistance with wheelchair is provided on request at the airport. Any specific requirement the airlines should be informed in advance. Car parking at the airport is allowed at designated car parks.
