The airport is located 15 miles northwest of Dallas and 18 miles from Fort Worth in Texas.
Terminal Information
The airport has five terminals A, B, C, D and E and the terminals are inter-linked after security checks by complimentary terminal link vans. The pick-up or drop-off area is located outside the baggage reclaim area of the five terminals. The terminals are also inter-linked inside security area by SkyLink trains with spacious stations located at the south and north end of each terminal.

Traveling to and from Airport
There are various different ways of transportation from chartered bus, car to public transporters to taxis available from the airport. Information on public transportation is displayed on ground transportation boards located near the baggage reclaim in all terminals.
By Rail : the Trinity Railway Express operates from Dallas and Ford-Worth to the airport and the stations are located throughout the metroplex. Free shuttle service is available to all DFW airport passengers terminals possess valid ticket. By Bus : Dallas Area Rapid Transport and the airport also operates bus service from the airport to Dallas and Ford-Worth.
Dallas-Fort Worth Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : the exchanger is available at terminal A gate A28 and A35, in terminal B gate B33 and B36 and terminal at E gate E13. The automated teller machines are located before and after security control in all the terminals.
Food & Drinks : great variety of locally and nationally branded foods and beverages are available in the terminals.
Shopping : the duty free shops are located in terminal A and B and many various shops are located in all the terminals.
Other Facilities : post boxes are available in the terminals.
Internet cafes, access points and public telephones are located throughout the terminals.
Children play area and baby change rooms are available in the terminals.
Barber shop is located in the airport.
Trolleys are available throughout the terminals.
Dallas Airport Facilities for Disabled
The airport elevators have Braille and raised letters for blind passengers to access different levels. Specially designed telephones, ATMs, drinking water and wheelchair provided on request. For any specific assistance at the airport the airlines should be informed in advance. Car rental agencies at the airport provide hand-controlled vehicles.
